When visiting our showroom with the intentions of creating the ideal, unique customized bedroom, your experience will go something like this:

a) Either selects one of the available rooms to be customized to your taste.

b) Or choose one of the thousands of designs available in our database and catalogs to be customized to your taste, some customers have a design or a picture they found, liked and want it replicated.

c) Or set an appointment with our renowned Decorator Mayssa Al Ghawas to come up with a unique full bedroom design.

First we ask the basic questions: how many furniture pieces does your kid require? Does the room need wall paper? Paint? Murals? Flooring? Accessories? Linens and curtain? After getting a general idea the following procedures are taken:

The Design Phase:
The design Phase fee is determined on the amount of work requested, The Design Phase starts with:

a)Assigning a delivery date: which can arrange between a month to 3 months depending on the delivery schedule.

b)Booking a measurement date: where the decorator and production supervisor visit your to take measurements, pictures, and discuss in depth what you would like.

The Production Phase
After viewing the room in 3D format presentation, and presenting you with a quotation, your approval and signature would be required on art work, paint samples and handles selections, along with 50% of the payment; this will start the production phase. Payment in full at this stage will grant you a 5% discount.

The Delivery phase:
You will be contacted 10 days prior to delivery date to make the final payment and will then be given the time of delivery. On the delivery date, our delivery team will assemble the furniture in your house, and present you with a delivery note to be returned with your feedback.

Mine Co.'s furniture has a 10 years guaranty policy, your satisfaction is our aim, so our dedicated team will attend to any questions or requests you may have.
